John Louden works at the intersection of mentorship, athletics, media, and community. Based in Indianapolis, he mentors young people, trains basketball athletes at every level, hosts the Concrete Genius Podcast, wrote The Game Changer, and serves his community through We Don't Miss.
Different rooms, same work: helping people see what they're capable of and holding them accountable to it. Whether that happens in a gym, across a table, behind a microphone, or on a page, the goal doesn't change — potential only matters when it becomes progress.
John works primarily across Indiana and travels nationally for training, speaking, and media work.
