Privacy Policy

How johnlouden.com handles your information.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry. We collect it for one purpose: to respond to you. We do not sell personal information, and we don't collect more than the inquiry requires.

How it's used

Inquiries are delivered by email to John's team and used to respond to your request. Campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived on may accompany your inquiry so we know how you found us.

Analytics

The site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics providers are only enabled when configured, and any advertising pixels are disabled by default.

Third-party services

Some actions take you to services we don't operate — for example Amazon (book purchases), Calendly (scheduling), YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, wedontmiss.org, and concretegeniusmedia.com. Their privacy policies govern what happens there.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or delete information you've submitted, email concretegeniuspodcast@gmail.com.
